Our team of actuaries and data scientists was initially formed within one of the largest actuarial consulting firms in the world to bring cutting-edge ideas to insurance problems harnessing artificial intelligence. For over 5 years, we incubated and tested solutions that form the backbone of our offering today. We are blessed to have been allowed to develop these solutions further as an independent company, which allows us more flexibility in business decisions and operating models.
We currently offer solutions to attack fraud, waste and abuse in insurance claims. Soon we will offer solutions to help insurance agents sell better.
Our mission is to devise impactful solutions using AI, while in the same time respecting the limitation of data in most insurance operations as it exists today.

FOUNDER & CEO
Cutters AI Technologies Inc. is founded by Mr. Wing F. Wong, FSA, a veteran actuarial consultant, who has recently retired from his senior partnership at Milliman, having worked in one of the largest actuarial consulting firms in the world for 25 years.
His consulting work started in the US before moving to Asia. His experience covers insurance markets in North America, Asia, and Europe, giving him deep look into insurance operations in those markets.
Wing is particularly passionate about solving chronic pain points in insurance processes, employing AI-infused solutions to empower insurance decisions, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency, while very much mindful of the reality of limitation of data availability in typical insurance companies.
